Mix 1 scoop (10 g) of 5150 pre-workout with 180-240 ml (6-8 oz) of water 20-30 minutes before training on an empty stomach. Do not exceed recommended servings. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
