All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Northern Ireland.

If your location is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to your area.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

Delays   

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
